I hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Elcie Rocks but, if you are not completely satisfied, I offer a 14 days return policy. Please contact me by email if you wish to return an item.

•Return the item undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the purchase price - not including postage.

•For you own protection I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if returning items.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty

In the unfortunate event that your purchase is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt please contact me by email as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days to receive a full refund - including original postage costs.

All the information you provide is kept confidential, used only by Elcie Rocks and will not be disclosed or sold to any other companies or individuals.

Elcie Rocks reserves the right to change the content of this website at any time and without notice.

Any changes in pricing will be to reflect the cost of materials or to correct any errors.

Designs using semi-precious gemstones cannot necessarily be repeated - it may not be possible for me to buy the same beads again.

However, please contact me if there is a design that you liked but that is no longer available and I will see what I can do!

Pure silver is 99.9% fine silver, unlike sterling silver which is 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% copper for extra strength.
